1. When will I receive my order?
Orders are processed by our bakery team between 8am-1pm Monday to Thursday. Delivery days are Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday only. Our products are hand finished and dispatched the same day for next day delivery to guarantee freshness. Unfortunately we do not currently offer a Weekend Delivery option at the moment. There is no Monday delivery as our Bakery is closed at weekends. You will receive an email confirming delivery date once your order has been received.
2. How will I receive my order?
Baked by Delice products are delivered ambient, ready to consume.
3. What if I need to change my order once I have placed it?
If you need to change your order once you have placed it, please do this before we dispatch your order. You will need to email 'email@example.com' quoting your order reference to discuss if changes are possible.
